WAiver and Release of Liability

Thank you for joining one of our creative events at Pave Creative LLC! Whether you’re here for a Paint Party, Dance Party, or Karaoke Party, we want every participant to have a fun, creative, and safe experience. Please read carefully and complete the form below.

Waiver & Guidelines

• Clothing & Personal Items

  • Painting can be messy! We are not responsible for clothing, shoes, or personal belongings that may be stained, damaged, or ruined.

• Behavior Expectations

  • To ensure a safe and positive experience, we reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

  • Examples include: painting on walls, painting on inappropriate furniture (other than our tables, which are intended for art use), screaming, throwing items, intentionally damaging another participant’s artwork, or disruptive behavior during dance/karaoke activities.

  • Participants who fail to follow these expectations may be subject to removal from the event, and no refunds will be provided if removal occurs.

• Dance & Karaoke Parties

  • These events often include music, movement, and group interaction. While our staff provide supervision, participants are expected to follow instructions to ensure a safe environment. Running, pushing, roughhousing, or misuse of equipment (such as microphones or sound systems) will not be tolerated.

  • Participants who fail to follow these expectations may be subject to removal from the event.

• Materials & Attendance

  • Activity materials are provided only to participants who are present during the event. Materials will not be set aside or sent home if a participant is absent or leaves early.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, parties, or early departures.

• Waiver of Liability

  • I understand that participation is voluntary and release Pave Creative LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss of property during any event.

• Photo Release

  1. I grant permission for Pave Creative LLC to take photographs and/or videos of my child during events. These may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. I understand no personal information (such as names) will be shared.

• Marketing

  • By providing my contact information, I agree to receive event updates, class announcements, and promotional messages from Pave Creative LLC. I understand that I may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting the studio directly.
