Thank you for joining one of our creative events at Pave Creative LLC! Whether you’re here for a Paint Party, Dance Party, or Karaoke Party, we want every participant to have a fun, creative, and safe experience. Please read carefully and complete the form below.
Waiver & Guidelines
Clothing & Personal Items
Painting can be messy! We are not responsible for clothing, shoes, or personal belongings that may be stained, damaged, or ruined.
Behavior Expectations
To ensure a safe and positive experience, we reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
Examples include: painting on walls, painting on inappropriate furniture (other than our tables, which are intended for art use), screaming, throwing items, intentionally damaging another participant’s artwork, or disruptive behavior during dance/karaoke activities.
Participants who fail to follow these expectations may be subject to removal from the event, and no refunds will be provided if removal occurs.
Dance & Karaoke Parties
These events often include music, movement, and group interaction. While our staff provide supervision, participants are expected to follow instructions to ensure a safe environment. Running, pushing, roughhousing, or misuse of equipment (such as microphones or sound systems) will not be tolerated.
Participants who fail to follow these expectations may be subject to removal from the event.
Waiver of Liability
I understand that participation is voluntary and release Pave Creative LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss of property during any event.
Photo Release
I grant permission for Pave Creative LLC to take photographs and/or videos of my child during events. These may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. I understand no personal information (such as names) will be shared.
